Let’s be honest – in winter, when we opt for sweaters and oversized blankets, it’s easy to put fitness on the backburner. We’re more hours in front of a heater with Netflix on while snacking on food than we are about running and doing crunches. Plus, there’s no pressure to rock swimwear anytime soon, so we don’t feel as bad if we let ourselves go a little bit but truth be told, this philosophy is detrimental to our overall health and wellness, because a little-known secret?

- Why is it important for people to take care of their health?
When all else is gone, you’ll only have your health. If you neglect that health chasing trivial things, you may not live long enough to enjoy them with ailing health.
- Share with us three tips on how to lose that excess belly fat?
#1 Spend at least 30min walking. Preferably as steep a hill as u can find.
#2 Drink plenty water throughout the day.
#3 Reduce sugar and excess carbs especially after 6pm
- How do I eat better?
Start by fixing 1 meal per day per week and build on it every week. Before the month is over, you’re eating healthy and it doesn’t feel like a chore.
- How important routine?
When you have a routine, it’s easier to listen to your body and give it what it needs before it knows what it wants.
